Lockbox on door is tricky but really enjoyed staying here!

Hi Julie, We love this place, this is our third year staying here and it feels like home. Couple of small things, the blow dryer died in the king bedroom bathroom, I was able to use the one in the other bathroom. And for future reference there are two coffee options, both Keurig and drip Coffee makers. Lastly, the front desk was not accommodating when my husband asked to store his gear until check in. He arrived earlier than us and needed to put his luggage and skis somewhere safe until he could check in. Luckily, we had established good relations with the ski valet crew over the years and they took great care of him. Understanding, of course that we book through you and not directly through the hotel but that option needs to be in place for us. We were able to store our things and ski before departure, the front desk did mention that they would do it for us, but that we had not booked directly through them and so on. Kind of an awkward thing. Overall though great experience as usual. We are already talking about next year and are wondering if there is an option for a larger room or possibly booking two for our growing family. Best, Meg & Eric
